Excel Construction of Florida has announced the successful completion of six spec suites at 7750 NW 41st Street in Doral, Florida. The state-of-the-art suites are designed to meet the demands of businesses seeking premium industrial spaces in a prime South Florida location.

Excel Construction of Florida was tapped by developer Foundry Commercial to build out the speculative suites, which are located in three LEED-certified warehouse buildings totaling more than 495,000 sq. ft.
