Excel Construction of Florida, a leading South Florida-based industrial and commercial construction company, has completed the expansion of the Sam’s Club Wholesale Fulfillment Center in Miramar. The expanded state-of-the-art facility will bring goods to club members more efficiently and in record time.

“The expansion of Sam’s Club is an excellent example of the value we bring to building out industrial space customized to a client’s very specific needs,” said Excel Construction of Florida President Eric Wolf.

For Sam’s Club, Excel Construction of Florida completed the buildout of an additional 33,621 sq. ft. of office and warehouse storage space, which originally belonged to neighboring tenant, American Tire Distributors.

With a prime location in the Miramar Business Center near the Florida Turnpike and just east of I-75, the newly expanded Sam’s Club Wholesale Fulfillment Center is located at 11700 Miramar Parkway, #100.

Completed in October 2021, the expanded Sam’s Club facility was designed by architect Steven Myott.
