The biopharmaceutical company’s remodel includes on-trend design of flex office space

 Excel Construction, a leading South Florida-based industrial and commercial construction company, has completed the renovation of the Altor BioScience corporate headquarters, located at 2810 N Commerce Parkway in the Miramar Park of Commerce.

“Renovations took place while employees occupied the space which made it imperative that our skilled team remain flexible and complete the project on time. Both of which were accomplished,” said Excel Construction President Eric Wolf. “Client communication is a top priority and by creating a clear roadmap for the project, we were able to stay on track and produce top-of-the-line spaces that the tenant envisioned.”

The 4,550-sq.-ft. office space for Altor BioScience features a grand entrance, fully connected conference rooms with the flexibility to convert into a training center, breakrooms and a large open flex office area with several huddle areas.

The project was designed by Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture in Fort Lauderdale. Construction of the project was completed in March 2017.
