Construction on Chauvet Global Headquarters Completed
Excel Construction of Florida transformed 172,680 SF of industrial space into Class A workspaces for the leading lighting supplier
Leading Florida construction firm Excel Construction of Florida has completed the global headquarters for Chauvet, a leading professional lighting company.
Chauvet, which offers five brands that lead the entertainment lighting market globally in terms of design, flexibility and options, will move its headquarters from Sunrise, Florida to the new state-of-the-art Davie Business Center Building E, Suite 509, located at 3360 Davie Road in Davie, Florida. The 172,680-sq.-ft. fully reconfigured and sophisticated two-story workspace is one of three corporate suites that comprise Davie Business Center E, originally built from the ground-up by Excel Construction.
“This is an exciting project to deliver because we were able to take a standard open industrial space and convert it into a Class A modern global headquarters,” said Excel Construction of Florida President and CEO Eric Wolf. “It’s the perfect solution for a company that wants the synergy of having its executives, design professionals and technical support representatives working together under one roof.”
Featuring a marble entrance, glass railings, a state-of-the-art light testing facility and showroom, Chauvet made a significant investment in the project to include Class A features such as glass-front offices, open teamwork areas with private booths, a multipurpose room, an outside covered terrace, customer service center and tech repair center.
“More and more companies are embracing the conversation of space for numerous reasons. We can help them reimagine the space that will fit their unique needs, as was the case with Chauvet,” added Wolf.
Designed by Steven Myott, the project broke ground in late 2022.
