Excel Construction of Florida, a leading South Florida-based industrial and commercial construction company, has completed a state-of-the-art office space Kellstrom Aerospace, a diversified global leader in aviation technical services and distribution solutions.

Located in Davie Center Building C at 3430 Davie Road in the town of Davie, Kellstrom Aerospace provides innovative, service-led inventory supply chain programs to global commercial airlines and works closely with aircraft owners, operators and MROs to offer cost-saving solutions or value-added services at each phase of the aircraft’s life cycle.

Completed in 2020, the 206,000-sq.-ft. building has 32 feet of clear building height designed with 60’ speed bays. Along with the seven additional buildings in the park, the building is owned and managed by IDI Logistics, a leading investor and developer of logistics real estate nationwide.

The project manager was Ralph Echeverria and the superintendent was B.J. Friedel.

Davie Business Center is conveniently located to major roadways including I-595, I-95, I-75 and the Florida Turnpike, allowing for easy access and cost-efficient distribution to the tri-county area and beyond.
